Work is seen as a burden by a number of employees.  This is indicated by the attitude of procrastinating, complaining, or stress facing deadlines.

1. Be grateful that you got a job 

What were you looking for when you graduated from college?  One of them is looking for work.

Now, because you are now an employee, be thankful you get a job because there are still many people who are still looking for work.

With gratitude, your mind will provide a positive vibration so that you can face and do work comfortably.

2. Pray before work

As a child we are taught to pray before doing something, for example reading a prayer before going to sleep.

Therefore, make it a habit to also pray before you work according to your beliefs.

By praying, you have positive energy because you believe that God Almighty will make it easier to complete your work.

3. Have an employee paradigm

If you have always considered you as a worker or worker, change the paradigm to you as an employee.  Judging from the meaning, employees are people who work.

With this paradigm, you are ready to work (complete the work) so that your work contributes to the company.

The more you complete the work for which you are responsible, the greater your work will be.

If so, it is not impossible that your brilliant work will bring you to the top of your career.

4. Do your best

As easy or as heavy as your job, do your best.  For example, you are asked for a sales report last month by your boss.

5. Complete the job as soon as possible

How many days do you need to complete a job that is stressing you out?  If it takes 3 days, complete the work in one day.

By completing work as quickly as possible, you will avoid procrastination.  In addition, you will have loose time to do other work.

Here are 2 tips for getting out of procrastinating:

a) If the job requires less than 2 minutes, do the work now.

For example, signing documents, printing forms, or keeping mail archives.  These good habits will prevent you from having a small pile of work that can disturb your concentration.

b) Start with the first five minutes.  For example, you have to make a procurement report for top management.

Well, in the first five minutes, you can write a preliminary report.  Believe it or not, after five minutes have passed, you will continue to make the report.

6. Remember your career goals

No matter how heavy your workload will be light when you remember your career goals.

Think of the jobs that you are facing right now as a ladder to reach these goals or increase your competitiveness.

The better you manage and complete the work, the faster your goals will be achieved.

7. Do the hardest work first

Every work day you naturally get a number of jobs, both easy and difficult.  In order not to be stressed, do the hardest work first.

Why?  Because by doing that type of work, your mood will be good.

The impact, you will continue to be eager to complete your daily work.

Difficult work can be completed, especially easy?  That question may be in your mind as internal motivation.

8. Remember your family

Remember your family when you are lazy to finish your work.  Associate positive or negative effects if your work is not completed.

For example, your performance will be assessed as good at the end of the year if you are able to complete all the work for which you are responsible.  This good performance will increase your income.

Thus, your family's financial plans (for example buying a vehicle or going abroad) will be realized.

9. Install a large job
Big or difficult work is always intimidating.  The exact strategy is to repay the work.  For example, your big job consists of 5 tasks, then:


  •  Task 1 was completed on Monday
  •  Task 2 was completed on Tuesday
  •  Task 3 is completed on Wednesday
  •  Task 4 is completed by Thursday
  •  Task 5 is completed by Friday

By repaying the work, you will realize that there is no big work that is difficult if you act.  Yes, act to solve it, not complain here and there.

10. Work with sincerity

Work with sincerity so that what you do becomes worship for you.  This sincerity will keep you excited because positive vibrations fill your mind.

With that positive vibe you will continue to act to complete your work.  This is where the Law of Attraction works for you.
